Supreme Court Transcript of Obamacare Oral Arguments (Timing Issues)

The Court heard arguments this morning on the issue of whether the Court should decide the case now or whether it should wait until 2014. For those looking for the transcript about timing issues, it can be found here (the transcript about the real issue, the individual mandate, can be found here, and the transcript from the third day of argument can be found here). I would not recommend reading the transcript on timing as it is quite dry. To summarize, the justices will probably decide the case now.

The Court did not discuss the major issue–the constitutionality of the individual mandate–today. It will discuss that issue tomorrow morning. I will post the transcript here when it appears online.
